MCSE Learnerships 

What is a Learnership:

 

A learnership is a vocational education and training programme to facilitate the link between structured learning and work experience in order to obtain a registered qualification.  It combines theory and workplace practice into a qualification that is registered on the National Qualifications

 

What does ISETT SETA accreditation mean for Employers and Learners:

An employer which sends employees to accredited training institutions is eligible to enter into a beneficial Learnership Agreement with ISSET SETA. Once the Learnership Agreement between ISETT SETA and the employer is approved the employer is awarded learnership grants and tax incentives.

ISSET SETA provides quality assurance on all courses provided by accredited institutions. This industry specific learnership programmes aimed specifically at skills development.
