About this Course
The Cisco Certified Network Associate Voice (CCNA Voice) validates associate-level knowledge and skills required to administer a voice network. The Cisco CCNA Voice certification confirms that the required skill set for specialized job roles in voice technologies such as voice technologies administrator, voice engineer, and voice manager. It validates skills in VoIP technologies such as IP PBX, IP telephony, handset, call control, and voicemail solutions.
Courses are run in a virtual environment.
Basic networking knowledge, including OSI model and IP subnetting.
About the Exam
The exams are done at any authorised testing centre such as 2KO. You can find a list of exam centre’s close to you by going to www.vue.com. The exam is a multiple test, on computer at an authorised testing centre. The results are made known immediately. If you fail the test, you must book it again at a future date and will pay again.
