• At least 2 hours per week free time to spend on the course

• A printer if you wish to print off your course pages in hard copy

Can I do this course if I do not live in South Africa?
Yes, anyone can do the course, anywhere in the world, provided you have an internet connection

What books do I get with this course?
Online courses, are delivered over the internet which saves the cost of posting books etc. However you can print from your course as you go along.

How long will the course take me?
It depends on how much you study each week, and how quickly you absorb information. As a guideline, most students will complete the course within 2 months at a steady pace.

How soon can I start the course?
Within 24 hours of payment

Does the price include the official international certification exam?
No, the exam is not included, and prices will vary from country to country and test to test

What is included in the course fee

• 365 days x 24x7 internet access to your course material

• online tutor - an online help facility that will enable you to ask a tutor questions via email

• course attendance certificate can be printed from within the course software after completing the tests on all sections. The tests are review questions on the section you will have just completed. You can do the tests as often as you like and the tests are not compulsory.

How do you get your course delivered to you?

When you have paid for your course, you will be sent an email with your username and login password and details. These details are sent to you only once your payment has been cleared by the bank so this may take a couple of days. Upon payment by credit card you will immediately receive confirmation of your purchase from Setcom, followed by an email from 2KO stating we have received your order. Once you receive your course details, you have 365 days from that date to complete the course.
