Sail Training - Yacht Master Ocean

2KO International is a specialist training company and has been offering Sailing courses and training for a number of years. Our sailing and yachting courses are aimed at ensuring our candidates are trained up to secure the best paying jobs in their field, due to a high level of training and expertise passed on by the instructors.

2KO International offers RYA Coastal Skipper, RYA Yachtmaster and deck Hand courses in Cape Town for Resettlement training. Our courses through OSA are RYA approved.

15 WEEK YACHT MASTER COURSE

Before doing this course you will need the following:
(+-1500 nm pre-requisite or Day Skipper certificate plus 1000 nm)

Course covers everything as per the Costal Skipper plus:

Competent Crew to Yachtmaster Offshore
>2500 nm (Cape Town/Durban/Cape Town)
STCW “95
SSB radio license
Diesel Engine Maintenance
Electronic Navigation Systems
Group dynamics
Exam Preps
RYA Exams

Total time 15 weeks

On completion you will have the following certificates:
RYA course completion certificates for all RYA courses plus
RYA Coastal Skipper Certificate of Competence
RYA Yachtmaster Offshore Certificate Of Competence (MCA approved)
Commercial endorsement
Diesel engine maintenance Certificate
Electronic Navigation Certificate
#STCW “95
SSB radio license
